Portfolio Presentation Folder

"Your Chiropractic Information Packet" -- This is best to be used to hold patiuent education information presented as part of your "Report of Findings". Because your patient report changes with your own personal growth and development as a doctor; we find this folder quite practical and versatile in that you have the felxibility of changing the materials you present without re-printing your entire information packet. We're currently using Item #'s 101, 104, 110, 112, 113, 115 and 118 In our Portfolio Presentation Folder given to the patient to take home on the day of their report. These folders are also good to send home with an active patient, containing applicable health tracts, etc. for a prospective new patient that an active patient may be trying to refer. They can additionally be used for lecture handouts, open-houses, spinal screenings, etc.
